BigFlax.com 2003 NCAA Tournament Challenge

    There are 25 participants in the BigFlax.com 2003 NCAA Tournament Challenge.  The first-place finisher will receive $95.  The second-place finisher will receive $25.  The last-place finisher will receive a refund of their tournament fee of $5.  (You can always check out the rules.)
